Working on behalf of the current building owners Dorrington PLC, Forme UK was asked to design a space that expressed the inherent qualities of the building.

Our design approach was to strip back the 8,000 sq ft to a shell and expose the base building materials. The walls, ceilings and columns were shot blasted and then sealed to bring the original materials alive again. An exposed heating and cooling system along with cutting edge LED circular lighting and a new raised floor completed the look.

The space was successfully let before completion.
